How We Operate?

Define.

  • Clearly understand your business, it’s story, history, people and DNA;
  • Clearly identify your competition, and their activity;
  • Clearly identify or help create your differentiators;
  • Clearly understand and profile your target market, and what they’re looking for or needing;

Design.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, including surveys if necessary, research, and anecdotal feedback;
  • Research and recommend the best outbound conduit to optimize spending and bullseye ideal target market engagement;
  • Conduct third-party ideation – including, if necessary, a brainstorming or Creative Strategy meeting with you; build and distribute JCN Media Creative Brief for script prep and presentation to the relevant suppliers;
  • Create, present, and recommend a bespoke JCN Media Campaign Architecture Plan to demonstrate optimum media breakdown, frequency, investment, and date ranges;
  • Obtain agreement/sign-off on all aspects of the campaign, including scripting and agreed campaign expectations.

Deliver.

  • Provide agreed campaign on time and on budget;
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness via available analytics and personal anecdotal feedback;
  • Adjust and tweak if and as necessary to optimize reach and message effectiveness;
